• Uploaded files: Book cover images (JPG/PNG) and manuscript files (PDF, DOCX, EPUB, TXT, RTF, ODT) uploaded for analysis. Files are processed and then permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain, share, or sell your manuscript or cover files.
• Analysis results: Scores, genre detection, and feedback generated from your uploaded files, stored in association with your account for your history.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction events, collected anonymously for product improvement.
• Communications: Email address and any information you provide when submitting a testimonial, contacting support, or subscribing to our mailing list.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Manuscript IQ service.
• To process payments and send order confirmations.
• To deliver analysis results and reports to your account and email.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, report delivery, subscription updates).

3. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded book cover and manuscript files are used solely to generate your analysis report. Files are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete. Analysis results (scores, feedback, genre) are stored in your account history and may be deleted at any time from your Dashboard.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
